Myth, Mystery and Folklore Guided Walk

Thursday 23rd September, 2021 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Eardington Nature Reserve, B4555, Bridgnorth WV16 5LF

Plants and trees give us insight into our relationship with nature and teach us how we can love and act for the precious spaces right on our doorsteps. Join Severn B-Lines Intern, Kaitlyn Elverson on a guided walk Eardington Nature Reserve to uncover mysteries, myth and folklore of plants and trees. Following up from Kaitlyn’s webinar, we will explore nature connection, what it means for our health, wellbeing and how you can continue to practise it at home.

You don’t need to be a professional or nature expert for this walk, just come as you are with a curiosity for nature and an interest in learning more about how you can help protect it using your own passion or with the Severn B-Lines Project.

The walk will be a slow, steady pace on mostly flat terrain, perfect for all abilities, though some parts of the path may be muddy or uneven, so good footwear is recommended.

Spaces are limited, so to book or for more information, please email Kaitlyn at [email protected].

What is Severn B-Lines? Severn B-lines is an ambitious project that is working to restore wildflower-rich habitats in Shropshire and ‘build’ a pollinator highway. Find out more here: https://www.buglife.org.uk/projects/severn-b-lines/
