South Wales B-Lines

We are excited to be delivering our first B-Lines project in Wales! Buglife Cymru is working in partnership with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, City and County of Swansea, Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, Tai Tarian Housing Association, and local landowners and community groups to restore, enhance and create habitat for pollinators across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.

Over the next year we will be providing advice, training, workshops and talks to support habitat management for pollinators and will be holding practical volunteer sessions.

The project is being delivered across a range of habitats including lowland calcareous grassland, lowland meadow, hedgerows, lowland mixed deciduous woodland, wood pasture and parkland to provide forage, nesting and overwintering habitat for pollinators and other wildlife.

If you would like to get involved with this project please contact [email protected]

This project is kindly funded by Enovert Community Trust, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, City and County of Swansea, The Gower Society and the D’Oyly Carte Foundation.
