Explore how to involve local communities in river woodland restoration projects in this first of a series of webinars brought to you by the Riverwoods Project, hosted by Scottish Wildlife Trust.
Building on the success of the Tweed Forum’s “Delivering River Woodlands” webinars, this series will focus on the skills needed to develop, deliver and monitor river woodland restoration projects.
‘Session 1’ of this series will explore how to involve local people in restoration projects, focusing on community organising and accessibility, including a walk-through of available Riverwoods resources.
A Q&A session will follow, with the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s Engagement Manager Gill Hatcher and Riverwoods Community Engagement Officer Nelly Henzler.
