The Narrow-headed Ant (Formica exsecta) is only known from one site in the whole of England, it is therefore important that we monitor the population. Come and join in this survey session to be a part of this vital monitoring to protect this Nationally Rare species.
No experience is needed, just come along and learn more about this charismatic ant!
Surveys will take place over rough terrain, therefore a good level of fitness is required.
