Join Buglife Scotland, Pollinators Along the Tweed Conservation Officer, Kate, in Coldstream for a day of hay raking and plug planting to help improve wildflower meadows for biodiversity.
Works will begin at Tweed Green before walking to Leet Green for more plug planting. Volunteers will also have an opportunity to learn more about meadow management and our native wildflower species.

This event is free to attend, and all materials and equipment will be provided as well as some light refreshments. Sturdy footwear and suitable outdoor clothing is advised. Please feel free to drop by for all, or part, of the day.

More about Pollinators Along the Tweed
Pollinators Along the Tweed is a Buglife partnership project that aims to create a network of habitat for pollinating insects along the River Tweed B-Line by increasing and connecting the area of wildflower-rich habitat. Working with the local authority, landowners and communities, Pollinators Along the Tweed will create and restore 40 hectares (100 acres) of pollinator habitat across 50 sites.
