Captivating Crayfish

Tuesday 28th October, 2025 - 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Wildside Activity Centre, Hordern Road, Wolverhampton WV6 0HA

Join the Wildside Activity Centre for an illustrated talk on the endangered White-clawed Crayfish (Austropotamobius pallipes), Britain’s only native crayfish.

The talk is suitable for adults and older children and will be delivered by Buglife’s Crayfish Conservation Officer, Liz Oldring.

As well as learning more about these fascinating crustaceans, attendees will find out about the latest conservation initiatives being undertaken to help one of our largest freshwater invertebrates recover and thrive.
