Did you know that Canvey Island is home to a very special nature reserve for bugs, and that there’s nowhere else quite like it in the country?
Join us this summer to discover our site and some of the amazing insects that make their home here. Follow our brand new family trail, learn fascinating facts about wildlife, and take part in fun games and crafts. Activities will be different on each day (Thursday 24, Tuesday 29, Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 July), so why not book onto more than one?
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that there are no toilets or refreshments on site, so please bring drinks and snacks and make use of the facilities at Morrison’s before you arrive (2 minute’s drive away). Meet in the Canvey Wick car park on Northwick Road, under the big dragonfly!
