Lacewing and relatives training workshop

Join Buglife Scotland for an introductory workshop on Lacewings and their relatives; learn how to identify different species, survey and monitor these fascinating insects.


The workshop will be split into a morning and afternoon session, with a presentation in the morning followed by a short walk around St Cyrus NNR to look for lacewings.


Please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Please bring a pack lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.


The workshop will run from 10am – 3pm on Monday 16th July we will be based out of the St Cyrus NNR Visitor Centre, The Old Lifeboat Station, Nether Warburton, Montrose DD10 0AQ.
