Kings Dyke Nature Reserve Open Day

Buglife will be attending the King Dykes Nature Reserve open day. A fun day for all the family with a range of activities from Fossil Hunting; Pond Dipping, Nature Trail, Bird Watching, Snake Handling, Fossil Displays, Nature Treasure Hunt, Dissecting Owl Pellet , Lots of Fun Games and Quizzes, Face painting, Plus much more!

Buglife will be running a make your own bug house event across the three days. If you bring along a large 2lt empty plastic bottle we will help you turn it into a wonderful lacewing home that you can bring back to hang in your garden. We will also have lots of information about how to make your garden more invertebrate friendly and activities for children.
