1.1 Administrating your membership, donations, legacies and purchasing goods
When you are using our secure online donation/membership pages you are going through RBS WorldPay or Rapidata, and the information you give such as credit card number and contact information, is provided so that the transaction can take place. RBS WorldPay and Rapidata are contracted to work for Buglife and the companies comply with Data Protection Act requirements.
When you are asked for personal information on the website, you are sharing this with Buglife alone, unless stated otherwise, for example, a partner company WorldPay or Rapidata. Buglife will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when the law requires it. Buglife will not pass your details to a third party and does not sell or rent user information to anyone.
1.2 Customer satisfaction surveys and In-house research and analysis
From time to time Buglife may wish to contact you to ask questions that may help us develop a better service or user experience. Buglife may contact you by mail or e-mail and give you the option to opt out at any point.
