Could you help Buglife conserve the small things that run the world? We are seeking a temporary, part-time Administrator.
We are looking for an able and reliable person to provide administration cover at Buglife. You will be well organised and able to work well under pressure. You will have good IT skills and excellent customer care skills. You must be self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
You tasks will include reception duties such as answering the telephone and responding to emails, dealing with incoming and outgoing postage, finance tasks such as writing cheques and filing invoices, and working with office volunteers.
We are seeking someone who will be available quickly.
Salary: £15,000 pa pro rata for part-time post
Hours of work: 10.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday (20 Hours per week)
Duration: To 30 April 2010 (with possibility of extension)

Please note that although this is a temporary position there is the possibility that permanent office admin./finance post(s) will be advertised by Buglife in the coming months. The postholder would be eligible to apply for such vacancies.
