Finance and Facilities Manager (20 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 pa pro rata for P/T post. Salary dependent on experience. We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to take up this new high-level post within Buglife. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the post holder will provide leadership and strategic direction in the management of the charity’s financial and other resources, and ensure effective and efficient operation of Buglife facilities. You will have a high level of ability in strategic planning, devising and implementing new systems and procedures and substantial experience of managing organisational finances. You will have excellent skills in negotiation and building relationships.

Administrator (Full time)
Salary: £18,000-£22,000 pa. Salary dependent on experience.
The role of Administrator is key within Buglife and we are seeking a staff member who is able to juggle reception tasks, financial and office administration duties, and a supporter services and donation processing role. You will organise the HQ and regional offices on a day to day basis, and undertake a wide range of other duties across the charity. This busy role requires someone who is confident and capable, well-organised and able to remain calm and productive under pressure. You will have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to manage your workload independently.
