Riverfly photography competition

Summer is a great time for spotting riverflies such as mayflies and caddisflies. The Riverfly Partnership are running a competition for the best riverfly photograph so it's time to get outside and get snapping.

As part of National Insect Week, the Riverfly Partnership, of which Buglife is a member, are running a photography competition for the best riverfly photograph.

Prizes
1st prize - £500
2nd prize - £250
Two 3rd prizes - Sir David Attenborough's book 'Life in the Undergrowth' signed by the author

Judges
Dr Cyril Bennett
, mayfly expert, photographer and fly-fisherman, founder member of the Riverfly Partnership; Peter Lapsley, fly-fisherman, well-known angling journalist, author and photographer; and Prof. Chris Haines, NIW Coordinator for the Royal Entomological Society will judge the entries.
